Change The Comma Separator In Indian Currency Format in Windows
There is simple trick to change currency format from lakhs to million. Means, it is set the currency for Indian rupees. It is better and more permanent solution using the System Regional Settings. To change this follow these steps:
Go to Control panel and select the "Clock, Language, and Region" icon (In Window 7, Select the "Region and Language" icon). Then click on "Region" icon or link if you are using Windows 8/10. Click on "Additional Settings" button.
Set digit grouping to the Indian grouping like below image. Do the same on the Currency Tab and Apply.
